Step 1: Choose Your Gift
Browse our collections and choose the piece that speaks to your heart — a ceramic letter, a crystal bracelet, or a calming candle.

Step 2: Customize It
Add your message (up to 5 lines), select your crystal or candle preference, or upload a simple sketch if available. We support all languages.

Step 3: Place Your Order
Once payment is complete, your design enters our workshop. You can request changes within 24 hours of ordering.

Step 4: Handmade with Intention
Your item is crafted by hand with love and care. Our production time is 15–30 days depending on complexity.

Step 5: We Ship It to You (or Your Loved One)
Your order is safely packed and shipped. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s on its way. We also ship directly to gift recipients.
